Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan and execute projects from concept to completion, coordinating with technical teams, managing budgets and schedules, and reporting status to stakeholders.

The role reports to the VP of Project & Mission Management, is hybrid, and based in Webster, TX. 5–10 years of full lifecycle project leadership in aerospace is expected, with PMP within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification required within 6 months of hire.
• 5–10 years of leading full lifecycle projects.
• Experience with government/commercial aerospace customers and payload development.
• Experience with CubeSats, Small Satellites, or space payloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to project teams and executive leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate scope creep.
• Lead cross-functional teams; train and mentor project staff; manage customer relationships.
• Support comprehensive project proposals; oversee supplier relationships and contracts.
