Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent for Mechanical and Electrical systems in Lima, OH. You will lead subcontractors, supervise field staff, and ensure safety, scheduling, quality, and budget adherence on a complex construction project.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and owners, developing sequencing of work, and implementing recovery plans to keep the project on track. Strong communication and leadership are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of formal engineering or architectural experience.
• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on MEPS systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Manage the billing process and oversee invoices and progress payments.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and owners on field issues and changes.
