Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or four years of related engineering/architectural experience.
• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems and ability to read contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work and adherence to budget.
• Manage and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns; provide performance input.
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues and resolutions.
• Lead project inspections, startup, turnover and handover of systems.
