Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Toledo, OH is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead Mechanical and Electrical trade work on a major project. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and architects, and drive safety, schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

You will mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, ensure compliance with contract documents and Turner standards, and communicate progress to Owners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural experience.
• Six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with Turner standards.
• Lead and develop Assistants, Field Engineers, and interns.
• Coordinate with engineers/architects on MEP systems.
• Oversee billing, progress tracking, and changes.
