Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least four years of relevant experience.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their interrelations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and subcontractors to align mechanical/electrical installations with project goals.
• Prepare and manage contract item lists to meet schedule milestones.
• Evaluate RFIs and manage budget including change orders with subcontractors.
• Coach and mentor Assistant MEP Engineers; coordinate with VDC for system installation.
• Oversee turnover, start-up, testing, commissioning and closeout processes.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure conformity with submittals and drawings.
