Job summary

The role requires 6+ years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing experience in construction, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or four years of related experience.
• Six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience or equivalent.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for MEPS systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to project budget.
• Develop and supervise field staff, including input on performance appraisals.
