Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States. You will oversee administration of projects, manage schedules, costs, contracts, and status reports, and lead the project team and subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent, at least four years in commercial construction, and strong Procore and scheduling skills. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships.
• Engagement in preconstruction: bids, qualifications, estimating, scheduling.
• Management of QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Led construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
