Best Logistics Group in Kernersville, NC, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will manage a book of business by coordinating with carriers and shippers, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery while providing top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have an Associates degree (required) with a Bachelor's preferred and possess strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Operational experience in the 3PL/logistics field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients using industry technology.
• Serve as liaison between clients, carriers, shippers and receivers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships with first-in-class service.
• Manage movement of goods: pickup, transit, delivery to meet expectations.
• Knowledge of hot shot, flatbed and heavy haul operations is a plus.
• Use pricing tools to provide market-competitive quotes; collaborate on pricing strategies.
• Work with the team on pricing decisions and enjoy the work.
