Best Logistics Group in Kernersville, NC is growing and seeking creative, sales-driven individuals who thrive on results. This Logistics Account Manager – Freight Broker role partners with carrier networks and shippers to own the full shipment lifecycle.

You will build a book of business, develop long-term relationships, and provide first-class service while using our technology to price shipments and optimize routes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Operational experience in 3PL/logistics is preferred but not required.
• Strong email, phone, and in-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business and build a portfolio of clients through industry-leading technology.
• Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing first-in-class customer service.
• Manage the movement of the client's goods, ensuring pickup, transportation, and on-time delivery.

This highly lucrative Logistics Account Manager – Freight Broker role is responsible for collaborating with carrier partners and shippers alike, overseeing the full life cycle of every shipment in your given book of business.

What does the position require?
