Job summary

Expression Networks seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a long-term DHS-CISA enterprise engineering and operations support program. You will oversee contracting execution, service delivery, and alignment with customer expectations across IT services including networking, IAM, mobility, cloud hosting, collaboration, and communications.

Based onsite in the DMV area and Pensacola, FL, you will manage performance, risk, invoicing, staffing, and subcontractors, while maintaining Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or information systems.
• Minimum 5 years of IT program management experience.
• 15 years of IT program management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification and ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all contractor work under the task order and serve as the senior single point of contact to the Government.
• Own performance tracking and reporting, quality control, risk management, invoicing, staffing, and subcontractor management.
• Deliver weekly status reports, monthly program management reviews, monthly financial reports, organizational charts, and the quality control plan.
• Plan and lead program transition-in and transition-out and conduct the kick-off meeting.
• Be available by phone [phone] ET, Monday–Friday, and acknowledge technical problem requests within one hour.
