Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a CISO Senior Manager to lead the Task Order for the DHS HQ IT enterprise, directing NOC, Security Engineering, and ISSO teams under the CISO directorate.

You will coordinate with DHS stakeholders, manage complex cyber and IT projects, and ensure secure, resilient operations with ITIL processes and strong incident response capabilities. Occasional DHS facility visits in the NCR region may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience or equivalency.
• ITIL v4 Foundations with strong command of ITIL practices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Experience delivering systems, network, and security operations for mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management for the CISO Task Order.
• Serve as primary DHS DHS CISO Directorate Stakeholders contact for Security Engineering, NOC, and ISSO teams.
• Direct IT/security projects spanning systems engineering, network operations, and cloud integration.
• Ensure ITIL-based service management aligned with DHS SLAs and HQ governance.
• Develop staffing plans to maintain cleared personnel across roles.
• Monitor performance against DHS SLAs and drive improvements.
• Oversee incident response and escalation processes and knowledge transfer.
