Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph adjudicated within past 4 years.
• AA degree in a related technical discipline or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• Current IAT Level II certification and Security+ certification.
• Experience creating/editing documents in PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service/support roles and ITIL practices.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT across multi-location environments.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Mission IT team operates according to SLAs.
• Train incoming Mission IT personnel.
• Coordinate between enterprise partners and multi-agency customers.
• Maintain Mission IT documentation and training materials.
• Support 24x7 operations with 12-hour shifts as needed.
• Interface with government and partner leadership and site engineers.
