Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support defense communications and secure networks. This onsite role in Centennial, CO provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a 24/7 operations environment to maintain system availability and mission readiness.

Responsibilities include incident management, Windows troubleshooting, and documenting actions. A Bachelor’s degree and an Active Secret Clearance are required, with shifts in a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Tier 1/2 support experience.
• Experience with Windows environments, enterprise apps, networking, and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware, software, networking, and connectivity support.
• Prioritize incidents via phone, ticketing, and monitoring systems for timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot Windows systems, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, switching, and secure communications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and corrective actions; escalate as needed.
• Support mission operations and SIL activities as required.
