You will partner with senior leaders to ensure operational excellence, project success, and strategic team development across the field teams and project managers. You will drive mobilization, schedule development, staff placement, and client engagement while maintaining rigorous cost controls to maximize project

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations for data center/missional critical projects.
• Ability to mobilize projects, plan site logistics, and implement safety programs.
• Strong focus on project profitability, cost controls, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Critical Field Operations: manage field activities for hyperscale and co-location data center projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project mobilization, site logistics planning, safety program implementation, and project team structure.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules during proposals and throughout execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and mentor field staff through hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Represent Ryan's field operations in client engagements and presentations to prospective clients.
