Qualifications

• Lead Mission Critical Field Operations responsibilities for hyperscale and co-location data center projects.
• Oversee project startup mobilization, including site logistics planning and safety programs.
• Drive detailed schedule development and proactive risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Recruit, place, mentor and develop field staff; ensure performance accountability.
• Engage with clients in presentations and ongoing relationship programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all field activities to align with client expectations and project goals.
• Own the initial phases of project mobilization for successful and efficient launches.
• Develop and maintain project schedules from proposal stage through lifecycle.
• Build and mentor a high-performing field team, overseeing recruitment and staff placement.
• Represent Ryan's field operations in client interactions and presentations.
