This role manages subcontractor performance, mentors staff, trains team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction techniques, and collaborates with the VP of Field Operations to maintain project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate effectively.
• Strong sales ability and client focus.
• Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and monitor progress.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in hiring and staff development.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling and construction techniques.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise workload to optimize productivity.
• Support project proposals with scheduling and budgeting insights.
• Ensure safety policies are implemented and enforced on sites.
• Maintain communication between office and field teams and with clients.
• Prepare monthly status updates for leadership.
