Ryan Companies is seeking a Field Coordinator in Austin, TX to lead field teams and oversee project operations. The role works closely with the VP of Field Operations, emphasizing team development, performance accountability, and active client engagement.

Responsibilities include hiring support, training on estimating and scheduling, project budgeting, and ensuring proper use of Ryan Tools across projects, with a focus on maximizing project profitability and timely closings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff members.
• Train team members in proper estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in employee evaluation process and make recommendations regarding compensation for team members.
• Terminate (layoff or firing) team members when appropriate.
• Significant participation in presentations to prospective clients.
• Assist project management in project proposal stage with scheduling and budgeting.
• Assure that every project has someone assigned with bottom line responsibility.
