Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead project teams across planning, design and construction, coordinating with clients and sub-consultants to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include budget, staffing, and schedule management, as well as quality assurance of civil site design and documentation. This role requires strong communication and collaboration across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development teams across planning, design and engineering for data center projects.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Develop project scope, budget, staffing and schedule.
• Review and coordinate delivery of site plans, utility plans, grading, and stormwater.
• Market and support client growth across North America.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
