Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will manage design and construction administration for large, complex data center projects across the country.

The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients and sub-consultants, and leading ongoing project coordination, with emphasis on proactive communication and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of all phases of project document production.
• Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of project document production.
• Checks work for accuracy and manages time to meet budget and schedule.
• Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead technical work depending on scope and size.
• Liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
• Review and coordinate delivery of site plans, grading, and utilities.
• Contribute to proposal development and client growth across North America.
• Develop three-dimensional models of civil systems and provide markups.
