Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead project teams across engineering and construction administration for private data center sites, coordinating with clients and sub-consultants across North America.

The role requires strong civil site development knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage large, complex projects with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in civil/site development.
• Strong leadership and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate with private developers, general contractors, and architects.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs.
• Lead coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
• Review and coordinate documentation across project phases such as site plans and grading.
