Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of civil systems and land development processes.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development projects from planning through construction administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, developers, and engineers.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Review and coordinate documentation across project phases.
• Liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs.
