Job summary

Stantec is actively seeking a Project Manager for Mission Critical Data Center projects within its Community Development Group. You will manage design and construction administration, lead project teams, and coordinate civil site design services for private data center projects across North America.

The role requires a proactive, responsive, and efficient design team and direct client interaction to implement project scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

Understanding of all phases of project document production.
Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of project document production.
Checks the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manages time to meet project budget and schedule.
Participates and collaborates in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Effective communicator and able to work on and lead teams.
Efficient project management of multiple concurrent projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary site development projects for private developers and architects.
Lead project teams and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
Liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs.
Review and coordinate site plans, grading, and utility design.
