Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within the Community Development Group. You will lead design teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage scope, budget, and schedule for large, complex data center initiatives across North America.

The role emphasizes proactive, responsive leadership, strong communication, and collaboration in a distributed team environment to deliver high-impact infrastructure for Fortune 10 clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Experience leading civil/site development and data center projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for civil/site development on data center projects.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage scope, budget, staffing, and schedule for large, complex projects.
• Review, markup, and coordinate documentation across project phases.
• Support business growth across North America.
