Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead design and construction administration across the country, coordinating civil site work, utilities, and grading for high‑profile data center programs.

You’ll manage teams, liaise with clients and sub-consultants, and guide proposals, interviews, and presentations while driving schedule, budget, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and project document production.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of site development and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop proposals, interview support, and client presentations.
• Review, markup, and coordinate site plans, grading, utilities, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct QA/QC on projects and mentor junior staff.
• Manage and forecast project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
