Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within the Community Development Group. You will contribute to site design, entitlement, permitting, and construction for data center programs across multiple regions, collaborating in a proactive core design team with emphasis on quality and delivery.

You will work with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS and other tools to develop designs, engage in client meetings, and coordinate with internal and external partners while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Licensed PE or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/site design.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil site design and layout under supervision of PM/Lead Engineer.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants and owners.
• Prepare reports, cost opinions, and construction documents.
• Lead design development using 3D models and markups for junior staff.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with civil codes and energy codes.
