Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer to support Mission Critical Data Center projects within its Community Development Group. You will perform civil site design, grading, utility layouts and AHJ coordination, under supervision from the Project Manager or Lead Engineer, across multiple geographic regions.

The role emphasizes proactive teamwork, client communication, and development of 3D models, with opportunities to contribute to cost estimating, scope management, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil design and technical tasks under PM or Lead Engineer.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility plans, diagrams, and details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors.
