Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a Lima, OH project to manage information, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality per contract documents.

The role will lead engineers and interns, coordinate with architects, subcontractors and owner representatives, review drawings and submittals, manage change orders, and help prepare close-out records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience reading contract documents, drawings and specs.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants and owner reps to resolve plans issues.
• Oversee drawings, specs alignment with estimates; manage project budget.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and close-out documentation.
• Supervise engineers, engineering assistants and interns; provide performance input.
• Schedule and run coordination meetings and reviews.
