Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Field Engineering Professional (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrument Disciplines) to support the safe, on-site execution of US Major Projects in Lima, OH. The role interfaces with field, engineering, contractors, and project leadership while ensuring compliance with plans, safety requirements, and project controls.

The position is 100% onsite in Lima, Ohio, with Per Diem available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience supporting major construction projects.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in active field environments.

Responsibilities

• Field & Construction Coordination.
• Support day to day field execution activities under direction of the Construction Manager.
• Coordinate contractor activities through Field Supervisors to align with approved schedules and work plans.
• Participate in site walkdowns, lead construction and progress meetings.
• Verify actual field construction progress against drawings, specifications, and work packages.
• Identify execution risks and elevate issues proactively.
