The role emphasizes coordination with base team, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and owner representatives; managing budgets via Change Orders; and ensuring timely procurement and submittal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program; 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Read, understand, and interpret contract docs, drawings, specs, scope of work and schedule.
• Negotiation and decision-making for changes in work.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues with plans/specs to avoid delays and impact on productivity.
• Manage project budget through Change Order process and track data.
• Apply contract docs to drawings and estimates; ensure drawings relate to estimates.
• Coordinate timely release of materials and equipment per schedule.
• Assist with pay applications; collect time sheets for billing.
