Job summary

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a missile development and production program in Huntsville. You will own the program's execution, schedule, budget, and risk management in coordination with the IPT and customers.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, collaborating with the Chief Engineer, and ensuring contract requirements are met through design, development, hardware integration, and flight testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Program Manager or Deputy PM for complex defense contracts.
• Understanding of DoD acquisition cycles and FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with live-fire programs or missile systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• PMP or DAWIA III PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program lifecycle from award to flight testing.
• Manage IMS and milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, FRR, TRR).
• Oversee budget, cash flow, margins, and cost baselines.
• Coordinate with IPT leads, customers, and management.
• Lead ROMB risk management and subcontractor oversight.
