Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Test and Analysis Program Manager to lead the Test and Analysis Group's programs and customer engagements in Huntsville, AL.

You will oversee program execution across test planning, data analysis, and technical assessments, coordinating with engineers, contracts, and business development to advance strategic growth and ensure disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, management, or a relevant technical field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in defense-related programs (Army/DoW).
• Proven knowledge of DoD markets, acquisition processes, and customer organizations.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and developing RFIs, sources sought, RFPs, white papers, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage test and analysis programs supporting Army, DoW, and related defense customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in test planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Support cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract execution across various contract types.
• Maintain scope control and ensure teams stay within contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with technical leads, engineers, subcontractors, customers, and business support functions.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigations, and track impacts to cost, schedule, performance.
• Support customer briefings, technical reviews, and executive reporting.
• Assist the Group Manager in improving internal processes and execution discipline.
• Support employee-owner engagement and cross-Group coordination.
• Assist acquisition document development, including SOWs, PWSs, and proposal artifacts.
• Evaluate contractor performance and compliance.
