Radiance Technologies is seeking an exceptionally skilled SME & Principal Lead Developer to drive hands-on design, prototyping, and integration of core missile subsystems in Huntsville. You will lead across mechanical hardware, real-time embedded software, GNC and CAS, translating 6-DOF dynamics into real-time C/C++ code on onboard processors.

The role requires extensive experience in guided weapons programs, strong leadership, and an active US DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development on guided weapon or interceptor programs.
• Lead technical developer or primary architect on complex flight systems.
• Active US DoD security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on development across mechanical, embedded software, and GNC/CAS subsystems.
• Draft specifications, ICDs and qualification plans for Chief Engineer review.
• Model, simulate, and code 6-DOF flight dynamics and real-time control.
• Oversee HWIL/PIL testing, automated VV&A, and fault-trace analysis.
• Interface flight computers, IMUs, seekers, and CAS drive electronics.
