Stratolaunch Huntsville is seeking a Program Manager to lead a significant portion of a new missile system program. You will guide cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, and testing, ensuring schedule adherence and budget goals while meeting all technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace/defense program management.
• 20+ years in senior- or principal-level leadership roles preferred.
• Experience developing operational missile systems and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Manager and single POC for the prime.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and ground/flight testing.
• Drive schedule, budget, and technical requirement attainment.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction across projects.
• Communicate program vision and progress to leadership and partners.
