Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an exceptionally skilled SME & Principal Lead Developer to advance missile subsystems through hands-on design, prototyping, and integration.

You will command cross-domain work across mechanical structures, real-time software, GNC, and CAS, translating requirements into production-ready flight code and testbeds. You will interact with the Chief Engineer and drive system specifications, VV&A, and remote testing efforts to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or equivalent experience in aerospace/engineering domains.
• Hands-on lead developer on guided weapon or interceptor programs preferred.
• Strong background in missile mechanical structures, CAS integration, and aerothermal concerns.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink with auto code generation.
• Experience with RTOS, onboard processors, and real-time bus interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary development and prototyping across mechanical, embedded, and GNC domains.
• Draft specifications, ICDs, and qualification plans for Chief Engineer review.
• Lead CAS hardware/software integration and dynamic analysis under extreme conditions.
• Develop flight code in C/C++ for real-time onboard processors and automated generation.
• Build HWIL/PIL testbeds and support VV&A and flight test campaigns.
