Radiance Technologies in Huntsville seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a missile development and production program. You will own execution, schedule, and cost performance across engineering, testing, and supply chain.

You will coordinate with the Program Chief Engineer and IPT leads to manage IMS, milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, FRRs, TRRs), reviews, risk, and budget, and deliver formal status reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Program Manager or Deputy PM managing complex hardware/software defense contracts.
• Active US DoD Secret clearance.
• DoD acquisition cycles, FAR/DFARS, and defense contracting types (CPFF, FPIF, FFP) knowledge.
• Proficiency with advanced scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan).

Responsabilités

• Lead program execution from task award through design, development, hardware integration, production, and flight testing.
• Establish, maintain, and drive the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with cross-functional milestones.
• Direct strategies across SRR, PDR, CDR, FRRs, and TRRs.
• Manage overall program budget, cash flow, margins, and cost baselines; report performance.
• Submit formal customer financial and progress status reports.
• Lead PMOs and executive briefings; manage scope changes and ECPs.
