Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.

Ideal candidates are hunter/prospectors with strong business development drive and a desire to control their earning potential. The role includes developing and growing your territory, reporting to the Branch/Sales Manager, and frequent local travel for meetings and prospecting.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but open to considering entry-level and new graduate candidates as well
• Mechanically inclined to learn about industrial capital equipment
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager’s expectations
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Minneapolis branch office
