Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Miami is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a direct-hire role with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment.

You will develop new business in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, travel within the territory for meetings, and report to the Branch/Sales Manager. Base salary is $60-65k plus monthly commission and quarterly bonus, with total compensation expected near $80-95k annually.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but open to considering entry-level and new graduate candidates as well
• Mechanically inclined to learn about industrial capital equipment
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager’s expectations
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Miami branch office
