Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs from our Minneapolis, MN office. You will conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay-related analyses, partnering with Total Rewards, HR, and Talent Acquisition to drive data-driven decisions.

You will help maintain compensation data integrity, support salary structures, geographic differentials, merit increases, and bonus programs, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation or HR administration, preferably in construction or related business.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data accuracy and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Support market pricing analysis using compensation survey data.
• Assist with job evaluations and position benchmark matching.
• Prepare compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and reorganizations.
• Analyze internal equity and market competitiveness for management review.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and compensation databases.
