The role requires 2–4 years in HR with a focus on compensation, plus experience with Workday and market pricing tools. This position is hybrid in Minneapolis with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years HR experience with at least 2 years in Compensation.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in compensation acceptable.
• Equivalent military experience considered for required years.

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR partners on compensation topics.
• Evaluate job descriptions for salary structures and exemptions.
• Participate in annual salary surveys and market data upkeep.
• Maintain market data in Payfactors and model merit increases.
• Manage compensation data in Workday with partners.
• Support the company’s recognition program and vendor management.
• Develop and update employee communications on compensation.
• Define policies to comply with regulations; drive process improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Assist on payroll, benefits, and leaves projects as needed.
