Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks a Principal Industrial Water Wastewater Consultant to join the IWTO team as a seller/doer. This client-facing role is focused on mining sector growth through strategic client engagement and proposal development.

You will also perform conceptual and detailed process design for industrial water and wastewater projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff. Hybrid work across the US and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years in industrial water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience across engineering, project management, sales, and mining.
• Strong network in North American mining clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development to win projects and build client relationships.
• Lead proposals and client interviews; prepare abstracts and technical papers.
• Design and oversee industrial water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams; mentor staff.
