Job summary

DRA Global Limited in Phoenix seeks a Study Manager with Mining Pre-Feasibility & Feasibility experience to lead NI 43-101 studies and manage scope, schedule, budget and client relations.

The role requires 10+ years in EPCM/mining, with at least 5 years as Study Manager on large projects. Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary coordination are essential to deliver projects to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in EPCM, mining construction and/or operations.
• Minimum 5 years as a Study Manager on large mining projects ($300+ Mn).
• Knowledge of study/project execution and project management.
• Experience in developing innovative solutions to processes.
• Experience with NI 43-101 reporting and study phases (PEA, PFS, FS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and consolidation of NI 43-101 reports at PEA, PFS and FS phases.
• Manage study scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and quality.
• Oversee change management, progress reporting and client relationship management.
• Ensure engineering coordination across disciplines and departments.
