Job summary

Sedgman is seeking a Study Manager, Mining to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The successful candidate will lead studies from concept to feasibility, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, and bridge technical teams with business development to deliver high-quality, on-time project outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing proposals, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining client relationships while coordinating internal and external resources to support execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in an engineering discipline; EGBC P.Eng. certification is an asset.
• 10+ years' experience in project study development, engineering, study delivery, or site operations in mining & mineral processing.
• 3+ years continuous experience in a Study Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and tenders to win work and convert to execution opportunities.
• Develop and deliver robust studies and tenders within budget and schedule.
• Build and manage a study team, coordinate input from departments and external consultants.
• Maintain professional client relationships with project representatives and prospects.
• Support Business and Project Development with technical inputs and advice.
• Ensure alignment of study estimates with commercial and contracting models.
