DRA Global Limited is seeking a Project Controls Manager for its Phoenix office. The role interfaces with clients and leads cost and schedule management across multiple contracts within mining, minerals, and metals projects.

You will oversee forecasting, cost control, and change management, liaise with EPCM teams, apply Earned Value management principles, and prepare monthly reports. Travel to US and abroad may be required; bachelor engineering degree preferred and 15–20 years of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Engineering desirable.
• 15–20 years of total experience in project controls.
• AACE and PMI affiliation or certification is a plus.
• Experience with cost, planning and estimation across large-scale projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee cost and schedule for the client’s scope across multiple contracts.
• Serve as primary liaison with EPCM project controls team and manage controls activities.
• Ensure cost and planning procedures comply with policy and standards.
• Prepare consolidated cost forecasts and coordinate EPCM forecasts across contracts.
• Apply Earned Value management principles and monitor variances.
