Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mining Study Program Manager to lead mining projects across North America and globally. You will manage studies from early feasibility through detailed engineering and construction support, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, compliant solutions.

The role requires solid mining industry knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage several studies while maintaining client rapport and meeting objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in mining projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple studies/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and ensure alignment with goals.
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and budget for mining programs.
• Develop project plans with scope, schedule, and quality controls.
• Monitor progress using MS Project or Primavera and internal systems.
