Job summary

Sandvik in Elko, NV is seeking a results-driven Parts & Services Sales Representative to lead aftermarket growth. You will own revenue, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to expand share-of-wallet within the Nevada AOR.

You will collaborate with product teams, operations, and service staff to deliver customer solutions, conduct site visits, forecast accurately, and negotiate contracts while championing Sandvik safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical/industrial/mining discipline; ongoing sales development is a plus.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development within mining/industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and develop customer portfolios.
• Experience with consultative solution selling.
• Understanding of Parts & Services offerings and lifecycle solutions.
• Experience collaborating across sales, service, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue, growth, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Manage and grow customer relationships through site visits, business reviews, and engagement with customer decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the entire Parts & Services portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Line Managers, service teams, planners, and operations personnel to develop and execute customer solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information, opportunity management, forecasting, and activity reporting.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery of customer commitments and sold solutions.
• Promote Sandvik safety standards and ensure compliance with customer site requirements.
