Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Parts & Services Sales Representative (PSSR) based in Elko, NV. You will drive Parts & Services growth across Nevada, manage a defined customer portfolio, and deliver commercially aligned solutions that create measurable value.

The role requires leadership in commercial discussions, accurate forecasting, and close coordination with service, supply chain, product and operations teams to execute commitments. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a mechanical, industrial, or mining discipline.
• Experience in sales, account management or business development in mining or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and develop customer portfolios.
• Experience with consultative solution selling.
• Understanding of Parts & Services offerings and lifecycle solutions.
• Experience collaborating across sales, service, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue, growth, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Manage and grow customer relationships through regular site visits and business reviews.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the Parts & Services portfolio.
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, and service agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Promote Sandvik safety standards and ensure site compliance.
