Onterris is seeking a Senior Mining Sector Lead to accelerate growth in the U.S. market. Reporting to Global Mining Leader, you will drive strategy, build a pipeline, and collaborate across regions to position Onterris as an industry leader.

The role requires 15+ years of environmental industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will manage key accounts, develop go-to-market solutions, and mentor the next U.S. Mining Leader.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of environmental industry experience managing large key accounts within a consulting setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and operate as a trusted client advisor.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition across teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically, up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead U.S. mining market growth and opportunity development.
• Translate market trends into client development actions.
• Act as KCL within the KCP and supervise KCLs.
• Develop US-focused sales plan and revenue targets.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and pipeline.
