• Acts as primary contact for customers seeking service work and quotes repairs.
• Performs all sales functions (quotes, estimates, bids) for service work.
• Schedules repairs and coordinates with field technicians to complete work.
• Ensures policy, warranty and goodwill decisions meet company standards and profitability.
