Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC, Parts and Service (PSD) Division, seeks a Service Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead service activities, recruit and develop staff, manage warranties, and align service processes with company policies.

You will coordinate field and center technicians, drive profitability, ensure safety, and foster strong customer partnerships. This safety‑sensitive role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years in mining/construction equipment, and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of practical experience in mining or construction equipment.
• Experience leading teams of employees.
• Excellent communication with managers, clients, and teams.
• Strong mechanical/technical background for issue resolution.
• Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Ability to write reports and manuals.
• Active driver’s license and safety training as required.
• DOT training compliance and site safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote service business to generate revenue and expand offerings.
• Lead and manage competency center staff via hiring, training, and coaching.
• Implement structured service procedures including warranty handling and safety compliance.
• Supervise technicians in the field and at service centers.
• Coordinate aftermarket activities to meet center goals.
• Ensure ongoing competency development of technicians and subcontractors.
• Maintain service resources and facilities per policy and safety standards.
