Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead mobile equipment maintenance, ensure KPI achievement, and manage budgets and field operations on mining projects in Idaho. You will supervise crews, contractors, and trades, delivering on-time results within budget while upholding safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership in the field, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and a proven track record in heavy industry maintenance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Maintenance General Foreman level or higher in heavy industry.
• 2+ years compiling and managing maintenance budgets.
• 2+ years managing maintenance scheduling/workflow functions.
• Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting systems and processes.
• Experience managing or supervising an equipment reliability program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety performance of the Maintenance Department and meet KPI targets.
• Deploy key initiatives and communicate to maintenance crews on site.
• Promote and enforce Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Spend 60–80% of time in the field providing visible leadership.
